Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

In short

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party services. We do not track you, we do not build profiles and we do not keep a log of who visits.

Who is responsible

The data controller is NetworkPMO.com. For any question about your data, write to barometer@networkpmo.com.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of any kind: no technical, analytics, profiling or third-party cookies.

When you click OK on the notice at the bottom of the page, your browser stores one small note (barometer_notice = ok) in its local storage, only so that the notice is not shown again. This note stays on your device, is never sent to us and contains no personal data. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

What happens when you visit

To deliver a page, our server necessarily receives your IP address and basic technical information sent by your browser. This information is used only to send you the page and is not stored in any visitor log. The site is hosted on a server located in Italy, in the European Union.

The site loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies, so no third party learns that you visited.

If you write to us

If you send an email to our address, we use your address and your message only to reply to you, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Arts. 15–22) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of the country where you live.

Future changes

If we add new features, such as an email newsletter, this policy will be updated before they go live, and any newsletter will require your explicit, double-confirmed consent.
